What does The Transformation consist of?
Beginner, Intermediate and Advance levels
12, 36 or 50 Transformation sessions
1 Hour Each
FORM
Cultivating proper form and techniques and ensuring your body gets acclimatise to the bespoke exercises we craft out for you. We always believe in form over more weights. A proper form beats heavy lifting with poor form.
STRENGTH
No matter what level of strength you begin at, it is a guarantee that we will help you to gain strength and energy levels over time. All we need is your consistent effort and willingness to do so!
ENDURANCE
As your body gets acclimatise to the exercises and routine, body fatigue is common. We strongly advocate getting the right amount of rest so that your body can recover and build endurance for future sessions.
MENTALITY
As the going gets tough, it is easy to throw in the white towel and give up. It’s okay we’ve seen that before. However, having you as our FFF trainee, we will push you to your limits and train your mental fortitude through The Transformation.
REACH NEW HEIGHTS
If you want to benefit from the afterburn effect, you have to push on. As the going gets tough, the tough gets going. No one ever said exercising was easy till they saw results. We will always ensure that you’ll be beating your last best and allow you to create consistency to see progress.
IT TAKES TWO HANDS TO CLAP
As much as we believe in giving you the result you desire. A 100% effort coming from you will get us towards your fitness goals. However, if you’re somewhat feeling unwell on the day of the session, we will cater to your fitness level accordingly.

How do I book sessions with my coach?

Do check with your coach’s schedule for the week, one week in advance to prevent any disappointment.
Booking more than 1 session a day?
Sure, though we recommend once a week if you're just starting out.
I can’t make it last minute, what’s your cancellation policy?
At Fit Form Fun, we understand that life sometimes does get in the way, and we want you to feel less stress about rescheduling thus we are providing a generous cancellation policy: you can cancel any session up to 60 minutes in advance without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 60 minutes’ notice, or fail to show up:
Package Holders: you’ll lose the session. Thank you for your understanding

DARYL CHEUNG
Daryl has more than a decade of fitness experience under his belt. His love for fitness and bodybuilding stems from watching Arnold Schwarzenegger movies as a child. This later led him to compete in bodybuilding competitions during his teenage years.

He took his burning passion for fitness a step further when he decided to leave the engineering course he was undertaking to pursue a Bachelors in Sports Science at the University of Curtin in Australia.

Bryan Andre
Meet Bryan, his fitness journey started back in 2015 when he joined anytime fitness as a member. He weighed a scale breaking 168kg and has been on this fruitful journey ever since. after losing 80kg his desire to help people and to pursue a career in fitness burned strong.
The biggest change came when he started lifting weights. What motivated him the most was how fast his body was changing daily. His transformation speaks volumes of what fitness can do for one, be it mental or physical. He met a lot of friends in the gym who helped him along the way and as such he is always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in the gym.

Eugene is an ACE certified personal trainer. His love for fitness & bodybuilding began about 3 years ago. He believes in the importance of fitness and how important it is to incorporate it into our daily lives. Hey name is Amos Brandon! As you can probably tell from my physique, I am a fitness buff! I live and breathe fitness and I love helping and educating people on the importance of living a healthy life!
As a fitness enthusiast, I find it is my responsibility to spread awareness of the negative aspect of having a sedentary life. Obesity numerous other diseases that cause an early death stems from inactivity, just by inputting some exercises and eating better it can truly change your life!

Chris is a certified professional personal trainer for 2 years now and has been training since he was 16.

Having been overweight for most of his life, Chris understands the importance of eating healthy and training diligently. Apart from his specialization in fat loss, Chris is also an expert at helping clients rehabilitate after incurring injuries.
His goal is to effect positive change in the lives of his clients; To help them become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves in the most realistic way possible.
